Answers about your store, in a few clicks.
Mint Custom Reports turns your orders, refunds and stock into clear reports: sales by product, vendor, channel or discount code, taxes, inventory value, customer cohorts and refunds. Filter, pivot, chart, download, or get them by email.

The reports merchants ask for
Start from a template, change anything, and save it as your own report.
By day, week, month, product, variant, SKU, vendor, sales channel or discount code. Gross sales, discounts, returns, net sales, shipping, taxes and totals in one table.
Units on hand valued at cost and at selling price, by product, vendor or location, with a count of variants missing a cost so you know how complete the total is.
New vs returning customers, month-by-month cohorts and your top customers by spend, using Shopify customer IDs only. Names stay in Shopify.
Pick the data, the date range, what to group by and which columns to show. Filter by product, vendor, channel or code, set a minimum, sort, and pivot a second dimension across the columns.
Every report draws its own line or bar chart. Download any report as CSV, or as an Excel file with real numbers instead of text.
Daily, weekly or monthly emails with a summary table and the full report attached. A late email still reports the right period, and queued emails are never dropped.
Ready a few minutes after you install
Nothing to set up in your theme: the app only reads your store's data.
The app asks Shopify for an export of your orders and products. Most stores are ready within minutes.
Sales by day, by product, inventory value, top customers … then adjust dates, filters and columns.
Keep the reports you use, download them as CSV or Excel, or have them emailed to your team.

Questions merchants ask
Where do the numbers come from?
From your store's orders, refunds, products and stock, exported with Shopify's bulk export and refreshed every few hours and whenever you open the app. Each figure is defined in the app (Settings → How the numbers are calculated), so you can check it against your orders.
How much history do I get?
Shopify lets apps read the last 60 days of orders. The app keeps every order it has synced, for up to 25 months, so your history grows from the day you install it.
Does the app see my customers' names or emails?
No. Customer reports use Shopify's customer ID, order count and amount spent. Click a customer in a report to open them in your Shopify admin.
Is anything changed in my store?
No. The app only reads data. It adds nothing to your theme or checkout.
Do test orders count?
On development stores (where every order is a test order) they do, so you can try the app; on live stores they don't. You can change this in Settings.
What happens to scheduled emails if sending fails?
They wait in a queue and go out automatically once sending works again. An email that can't be delivered to an address shows in the app with a Retry button.
