Questions, or a number that doesn't look right? Email support@stickermint.com with your store's .myshopify.com address and the report you were looking at. We reply within one business day.

Getting started

  1. Install the app. It asks Shopify for an export of your orders, refunds, products and stock; the Home page says when your data is ready (usually within minutes).
  2. Open Reports and pick a template, such as Sales by day or Inventory value by product.
  3. Change the date range, what the rows are grouped by, the columns and filters. The report updates as you change them.
  4. Click Save report to keep it, (Pro) Download CSV to open it in a spreadsheet, or (Plus) add it under Email schedules.

How the numbers are calculated

  • Days are your store's calendar days in its time zone. Orders count on the day they were processed.
  • Gross sales = price × quantity ordered. Discounts = order and line discounts on the items. Tax-inclusive prices are counted without the tax.
  • Returns = the value of units refunded or removed after the order, counted on the original order's date. Net sales = gross − discounts − returns.
  • Shipping, taxes and total sales are Shopify's current figures for each order (after refunds). The Refunds report counts money refunded on the day of the refund.
  • Cancelled orders aren't counted in sales reports. Test orders count on development stores and until your store has its first real order, unless you change it in Settings.
  • An order with two discount codes appears under both codes in Sales by discount code.
  • Inventory value = units on hand × unit cost (or price); variants without a cost count as 0 and are counted in "Variants without cost".
  • New vs returning: an order is a customer's first when Shopify's order count for that customer shows no earlier order.

Data and history

  • Data refreshes every few hours, every hour for stores with email schedules, and when you open the app (or click Refresh data on Home).
  • Shopify lets apps read the last 60 days of orders. The app keeps every order it has synced for up to 25 months, so your history grows while the app is installed.
  • Customers appear by their Shopify customer ID; click one in a report to open the customer in your Shopify admin. The app never reads names or emails.

Scheduled emails (Plus)

  • Daily, weekly or monthly at the hour you choose (store time), to up to 5 addresses, with the full report attached as Excel or CSV; up to 25 schedules per store.
  • Each email uses the report's own date range as of the day it was due. Use "Yesterday" for daily, "Last week" for weekly and "Last month" for monthly emails.
  • If sending is briefly unavailable, emails wait in a queue and go out automatically; one that can't be delivered shows under Recent emails with a Retry button.
  • Every email has a link that stops that schedule.

Plans

Free: every template, date ranges, group by and sorting, up to 5 saved reports. Pro ($9.99 / month): up to 500 saved reports, filters, charts, CSV and Excel downloads. Plus ($19.99 / month): scheduled email reports, pivot tables and reports beyond the last 12 months (up to 25 months of synced history). 7-day free trial on Pro and Plus. Plans are managed on Shopify's plan page (Plans → Choose a plan / Manage plan) and billed by Shopify.

Changing plans never deletes anything: saved reports and schedules are kept, and schedules resume when you're on Plus again.

Privacy

See our privacy policy and security policy. In short: the app reads your store's orders and products to calculate reports, keeps customers only as Shopify IDs, and never changes anything in your store.
